Rudy Currence, a singer/songwriter from North Carolina, performed at the Titan Underground in Reeve Union on March 11. UW-Oshkosh was one of the many stops on his Spring College Tour. Currence has written songs for Mya, had a song featured in “The Bourne Identity” and he recently signed a record deal with Disturbing Tha Peace Records, which is Ludacris’ label. Currence is currently recording his album, “Black Keys and Blue Skies,” due out this summer. For 2005-07, Currence won the ASCAP songwriters award.
