(11:08 p.m.) -- The residence hall director of South Scott Hall requested a welfare check for an intoxicated woman being carried into the hall. Officers responded and found the woman, 19-year-old UW-Oshkosh student Carly Bolli to be intoxicated but not incapacitated, according to the report. Bolli told officers she had been drinking at a friend’s house, the report said. She had a blood alcohol content of .211 percent, and officers cited her for underage drinking (1st offense).Carrying Bolli was 19-year-old UW-Oshkosh student Kayla Wozniak, who also told officers she had been drinking vodka in her room and at house parties with Bolli, the report said. Wozniak also told officers she had alcohol in her room, which was confiscated, the report said. She had a blood alcohol level of .159 percent, and officers cited her for underage possession of alcoholic beverages (2nd offense).

(12:43 a.m.) – While walking back to their squad car, officers heard a woman yell, “Will you just shut up?” from a window of Breese Hall, according to police reports. A man outside the hall yelled, “Why don’t you come down and suck my dick?” in response, according to the report. Officers spoke to the man, 25-year-old non-student Paul Romuald, who admitted to being loud before the woman told him to shut up. Romuald told officers he knew that it was wrong to yell, but felt a citation wasn’t necessary, the report said. He had a blood alcohol level of .198 percent, and officers cited him for disorderly conduct.
(3:10 a.m.) – While parked in the driveway of the Women’s Center, officers heard someone pushing his way through a wooden fence behind the center. Officers stopped the man, 18-year-old student Tyler Kranjac, who told them he had been drinking at a house party on Jackson Street, and he was taking a shortcut to his room in Clemans Hall, according to police reports. He had a strong odor of alcohol on his breath and spoke with slurred speech, the report said. Kranjac had a blood alcohol level of .150 percent, and officers cited him for underage drinking (1st offense). After receiving the citation, he became argumentative and belligerent, and he told officers it was normal behavior to get mad at the police when they give you a ticket, according to the report.
(11:00 a.m.) – University Police officers received several complaints about an injured deer running around the north end of campus, and an officer was notified the deer had bedded down in bushes near Blackhawk Commons. An officer observed the deer ramming its head into the glass windows of Blackhawk, fall over the 4-foot wall onto the pavement behind the building, then run to the Fox River. The deer swam across the river, cleared the bank and ran away. The Oshkosh Police Department was notified to check the welfare of the deer on the other side of the river.

(11:25 p.m.) -- Hall staff in North Scott Hall reported residents in a room were burning incense, which is a fire safety violation. Officers spoke to the resident, Justin Allen, an 18-year-old student, who admitted to burning incense, the report said. Officers also suspected marijuana use, but had no consent to search the room, according to the report. Allen was cited for a fire safety violation.

(11:12 p.m.) -- Officers stopped the driver of a vehicle leaving Lot 39 for driving without headlights. After running the license plates, officers discovered the driver had a suspended license. The driver, 19-year-old student Julianne Bodinger, told officers she was aware she wasn’t supposed to drive, according to the report. Officers cited her for operating while suspended. While speaking to Bodinger, officers saw marijuana in the car and confiscated it. After speaking to passengers, officers determined the marijuana belonged to 21-year-old student Joshua Deruyter. Officers cited him for possession of marijuana. The two other passangers, both 19-year-old students, were released without citations and a driver with a valid license removed the vehicle from the location.
