(1:19 a.m.) -- Officers outside of Stewart Hall saw the driver of a pickup truck drive through a stop sign at West Lincoln Avenue and Cherry Street. The driver then swerved into the opposite lane of traffic, squealing the tires and rocking the truck, before speeding up to an estimated 55-60 mph down Cherry, according to police reports. Officers stopped the truck, and the driver told officers he thought he was being followed, the report said. The driver, 18-year-old Oshkosh North High School student Jordan Nowland was cited for reckless driving. Officers searched the vehicle and the occupants, and found a bag of marijuana in the pocket of one passenger, 18-year-old Oshkosh North High School student Jacob Youngwirth. He told officers he paid $10-$15 for the bag and last smoked it around 6:00 p.m. Officers cited him for possession of marijuana. A second passenger, 19-year-old non-student Bryan Peppler, told officers he drank three or four cans of beer at a friend's house earlier in the evening. He had a blood alcohol level of .033 percent, and officers cited him for underage drinking (1st offense within a year).

(5:40 a.m.) -- A resident of Taylor Hall called officers to report that his roommate had urinated on the carpet in their room, his backpack and a pillow. Officers contacted the roommate, who told officers he did not remember urinating and did not do it intentionally, the report said. The roommate, 20-year-old student Samuel Seidel, also told officers he had been drinking beer earlier in the night and blamed the urination on being drunk, the report said. Seidel had a blood alcohol level of .188 percent, and officers cited him for underage drinking (1st offense).

(9:05 p.m.) -- Officers stopped two men walking in a group on Cherry Street. The men were carrying water bottles that they tried to hide upon seeing the officers, according to the report. The first man, 18-year-old Oshkosh student Michael Klowak, admitted to officers his water bottle was full of soda and vodka, and that he had taken a few sips from it, the report said. The second man, 18-year-old student Nicholas Bailey, told officers his bottle had been filled with vodka and lemonade and he also admitted to drinking in addition to some mixed drinks before heading out, the report said. Officers cited Klowak and Bailey for underage possession of alcoholic beverages.

(12:35 a.m.) -- Officers responded to South Scott Hall to check the welfare of an intoxicated woman who had to be assisted into the building. Officers spoke to her and found her highly intoxicated but not incapacitated. The woman, 19-year-old Oshkosh student Sara Seubert, had a blood alcohol level of .181 percent. Officers cited her for underage drinking.

(3:44 a.m.) -- Officers saw a man behind the wheel of a car that they had earlier suspected to be intoxicated. After the man parked the vehicle in Lot 30, officers spoke to him. The driver, 20-year-old UW-Green Bay student Matthew Julsrud, told officers he had been drinking beer and fighting at a house party, according to the report. He also admitted he had been smoking marijuana earlier in the evening, the report said. Julsrud failed field sobriety tests and had a blood alcohol level of .171 percent. Officers arrested him and cited him for operating while intoxicated, possession of marijuana and operating with a prohibited alcohol content over .08 percent. While speaking to a passenger, 19-year-old Milwaukee Area Technical College student Janessa Richmond, officers noticed she had slurred speech and smelled of alcohol, according to the report. Richmond had a blood alcohol level of .1 percent, and officers cited her for underage drinking (1st offense).

(9:30 p.m.) -- Community service officers reported a man exiting Breese Hall through non-access fire doors. Officers stopped the man, 19-year-old student Scot Lautenbach, and found he had a university ID and university keys that didn't belong to him. Officers gave him a Breathalyzer test, and he had a blood alcohol level of .077 percent. Lautenbach was cited for underage drinking (1st offense), and referred to Breese Hall staff for unauthorized possession of university keys and ID card.

(2:51 a.m.) -- Officers saw a highly intoxicated woman fall over the brick wall outside of North Scott Hall. As they spoke to her, she became uncooperative, belligerent and loud, according to the report. The woman, 18-year-old Kayla Schaefer, has been the subject of previous welfare checks and refused a Breathalyzer test. Officers cited her for underage drinking (1st offense).
